Brownie Bars
I made these brownie bars for a birthday party a few weeks ago and they were a HUGE hit!! Everyone will be asking you for this recipe! They're delicious and super easy to make!

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt
2 cups (12 ounces) milk chocolate chips
1 pkg Double Stuffed Oreos
1 Family Size (9×13) Brownie mix
1/4 cup hot fudge topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and both sugars on medium speed until fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix well. In a seperate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt, then slowly incorporate in to the mixer. Mix in chocolate chips. Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with wax paper and spread cookie dough into the bottom. Line oreos up on top of the cookie dough to create a layer over the entire dish. Pour brownie batter over the the whole dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees covered, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting! Top with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. ENJOY!!
