If you saw my Instagram post yesterday (amy_cbandbp), you know that I am in DC for a short work trip. I actually am flying back later today. Although the trip has been short and sweet, it's been fun and different to go on an official "business trip."

When I was packing (I carried on, the first time in my life!), I struggled to decide what to bring that was not only Corporate appropriate, but not totally boring. After thinking about what a good corporate work wardrobe needs, I came to three conclusions: pencil skirts, wrap dresses and great jackets. Now, of course great slacks, etc are always needed, but I feel like these three items have a lot of personality.
