Fourth of July is about a week away and that makes it feel like summer is just flying by. Fourth of July is always one of my favorite holidays since it is usually the first weekend of the summer that we head to my grandparent's beach house and we follow suit each of the following weekends. Think boating, eating, swimming, and a plethora of family time and it's like you're there with us. When it comes to the fourth however, packing is a little bit different as you'll probably want to incorporate a little red, white, and blue to your bag. Whether you choose to be subtle or go all out I've found so many patriotic pieces that you're sure to find something to wear for the occasion.

Happy Thursday, Friends! I hope the bright colors in this post add some sunshine to your day. It has been a gorgeous week of sunshine here at the beach, so I'll try my best to send some your way through my post 😉

I ordered this dress a few weeks ago thinking that there was no way I could pull it off. But I loved it so much and just thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did, because I fell in love with it! Sometimes, it's fun to step out of your comfort zone just a little. I knew that I would save it for the beach and wear it out to dinner to one of the restaurants where you feel the need to dress up a little more. This dress is just pink and perfect...the end. Unfortunately, it looks as if it is all sold out. But I can't stress this enough, if you really want it, keep checking back! ASOS re-stocks things all the time. This brand does run on the smaller size, so I recommend sizing up one size. I think I have a new found love for this style dress. I also love how it feels acceptable to carry around a straw tote everywhere at the beach! I purchased this one I'm carrying here last year, and it's back again this year. This brand has so many fun totes to choose from.  Each one I have seen is worthy of the heart eyes 😍 I'll link them in the widget below as well.
