Be Mine! (Gifts for Girls)
Happy February! For some reason January this year seemed to last forever. It feels like I have been back to school for months, when in reality, it has only been a few weeks. This week is the 4th week of classes..aka test week. For some strange reason, all professors always seem to schedule their first tests in the 4th week. I have 2 tests, a paper, and a project this week so say a little prayer for me.
Valentine's Day has never been my all favorite holiday. Growing up, I would go to school covered, I mean head to toe pink. I would also always have my mom buy me those cool rhinestone tattoos for every holiday from Old Navy and I would always wear one on my cheek. I also remember one year volunteering my parents to make everyone Valentine's Day mailboxes for all of our cards out of tissue boxes and staying up late the night before with my mom writing everyone’s name on their mail boxes in glitter glue because everything had to be perfect (I haven't changed much).

I feel like everyone either loves or hates this holiday. I always imagine the girl from the movie Valentine’s Day throwing herself an I hate Valentine’s day party with all her friends and it always makes me giggle. I don’t really have a strong opinion on the holiday either way. I like wearing something pink, but I have never been in a relationship with someone that made me super excited for this day. #foreveralone
I always feel bad for the guys. I feel like there is so much pressure on them to get the perfect gift. So if you’re a guy reading this…keep reading and I’ll give you some ideas! Or if you’re a girl, make sure to pin the image below and causally mention that there may be some ideas on your pinterest. I always joke that I’ll know if a guy really knows me on Valentine's Day by whether he buys me chocolate or not. I've never liked chocolate and probably never will so to my future boyfriend somewhere out there: I do like sweet tarts :)
Here are a few fun (and affordable) Valentine’s gifts that would be perfect for guys to give their girls!
If you want to drop hints, point your significant other this way!!
