Okay okay I know it's now a day after the 4th of July, but is there really a time when navy and white isn't appropriate? 

My mom flew in on Saturday and we immediately walked down to South Street Seaport. It's one of my favorite little areas in the city (plus has some great ice cream!). We had absolutely perfect weather all weekend except for Monday evening of course when we were waiting for the fireworks and it started raining. My mom and I spent most of the long weekend just wandering around the city since we both have done most of the touristy things here. It was so fun to have a relaxing weekend and even more fun to have her here!

My new KJP bracelet hasn't come off my wrist in the past few days. It's navy and white, hence goes with most everything in my wardrobe and the little accent of pink matches my personality perfectly.
