1. Drink plenty of liquids! This seems like a no-brainer, but it never hurts to have a little reminder. Drinking as much water as possible will help to keep you from getting dehydrated.
2. Avoid too much outdoor physical activity during the hottest part of the day (usually between 10 AM and 4 PM). If you need to be outside, make sure you take plenty of rests in the shade!
3. Wear lots of sunscreen if you're outdoors! A hat helps too, Marley Lilly has some super cute ones :)

4. Dont forget about your pets! Be sure they're getting plenty of water too, and not being left in hot places!
