FASHION FRIDAY: Transitioning To Fall
Happy Friday, everyone! Can y’all believe we’re nearing the end of August?! Crazy to think that cooler weather will be here before we know it. Lately I’ve been very intentional with my clothing purchases. I have tried to only buy things that can be worn now and into the fall (sometimes it’s hard to resist those summer sale racks) as well as items that can be styled different ways throughout the season! Last weekend I headed to Raleigh to do some shopping & spent a few hours at Cameron Village getting some goodies for fall.
I popped into Mod Mule, a new-to-me boutique, and instantly fell in love. The store is filled with on-trend neutrals (and y’all know I love a good neutral!) from some of my favorite brands! I ended up picking up this cute little black dress and this floral print navy shift to add to my fall wardrobe.

LITTLE BLACK DRESS | LEATHER TASSEL EARRINGS | LEOPARD PRINT LOAFERS | TOM FORD SUNGLASSES
I absolutely love this black dress. It’s incredibly soft and is so chic! I added these killer leather tassel earrings as a fun, but subtle statement piece. This dress is a “one size fits most” style, so I also added a black strappy bralette underneath. I mean, the possibilities are endless with this dress! I think it would be so cute with booties and a utility jacket this fall.

Next up is this adorable floral print shift dress! Line & Dot always has the best silhouettes and really great price points. I’m already picturing this dress with booties and a denim vest once the weather cools down. It could even be dressed up and worn to a wedding, too! I think my favorite part of this dress is the bell sleeves. They add a trendy element to this shift dress.

Graduation is a festive occasion - and one with surprisingly few rules when it comes to how you dress or what you wear. While thinking what dresses you wear.
