  1. Summer is on the way! Summer is a season which makes our environment an amusing place. The sunny sky can give you some benefits for your health as well. It reduces the chances to have dangerous diseases. Recent research has proven the fact that the chance of dying due to heart attack is less in summer compared to winter. Another closely related fact is chances of survival are more in summer. There occurred a study regarding this n UK. Almost 11000 people were considered who had heart attacks over a period of 8 years. Here was 19 percent increase in survival rate in the case attack occurred in summer. People having high cholesterol can feel happy these days. The UV lights from the sun can convert the cholesterol in to vitamin D. so it is better to go out in order to lower the cholesterol level. It can also reduce the risk of stroke and other heart diseases. This is because of the high level vitamin D which is synthesized from the UV lights. If there is problem with level of vitamin D in human body, then it can lead to much chronic illness. Vitamin D is important in the absorption of calcium. The availability of fruits in the summer is high. The high temperature level makes us eat more fruits which is extremely good for our health. The amount of fruits and vegetables that we consume will higher. This is very beneficial for our body to maintain the wellbeing. Another plus point about summer is the goodness it offers to our skin. There are a lot of people in different age group who are worried about skin problems like acne Psoriasis, dermatitis etc. Limited exposure to the sunlight can give some good effect on these problems. Note that over exposure is very dangerous for the skin as it can cause sun burn and skin cancer.
