The availability of fruits in the summer is high. The high temperature level makes us eat more fruits which is extremely good for our health. The amount of fruits and vegetables that we consume will higher. This is very beneficial for our body to maintain the wellbeing. Another plus point about summer is the goodness it offers to our skin. There are a lot of people in different age group who are worried about skin problems like acne Psoriasis, dermatitis etc. Limited exposure to the sunlight can give some good effect on these problems. Note that over exposure is very dangerous for the skin as it can cause sun burn and skin cancer.
